Our Directors are Sarah and James James. Sarah James is also our registered manager. James James has over 10 years in finance and Public Health. James is committed to supporting the service to be effective in putting our service user first and for the service to be a service user led service.
Sarah has over 16 years in care and psychiatric Nursing combined. Additionally, Sarah has worked within the Mental Health National Health Service as Senior Psychiatry Nurse Practitioner working in the community mental health team, Crisis team and Psychiatric Liaison team in Kent, Surrey and Hillingdon.
Sarah is committed to supporting all service users, staff and the community. She is committed to providing an excellent service to our service users and family.
Maria is our locality manager, she is the heart of our service, Maria passionately supports our service users and colleagues.
She is also the lead in supporting our service user to build a better relationship with their family, having regular meetings with our service users and their family. Maria is also our Dignity champion.
Suzy is our locality manager. Who strives to support our service user with great joy. She brings laughter to all with her kindness. Suzy leads of promoting physical Health awareness within our service.
Emmanuel and Praise are our operational managers, they work actively to ensure that the service quality is effective.
Emmanuel leads our quality assurance team. Praise leads our recovery service and compliance. Jointly, both Emmanuel and Praise are in charge of the audit and complaint, ensuring we are working inline with CQC guideline.
