Residential Care
This is where we provide 24 hour support and care for individuals in a residential home.
Accommodation, meals, care and support are all included in the care package. Intrinsic Care will provide rooms for each individual as well as communal areas for mealtimes, socialising and activities. Our home will have dedicated activity rooms that are used for craft activities, computing or other leisure pursuits.
Our residential home will have an Activity Co-ordinators who will support each person to develop a programme of activities that best suits their needs and preferences. These are often a combination of activities at the home and within the local community. Our home also has its own transport which is used for outings, visits and to take residents to their scheduled activities.
Each resident will be allocated a Positive Behaviour Practitioner who works with the allocated key worker to support individuals with their emotional and mental wellbeing.
Live –in Care
Our Live- in care provides you with a personalised 24 hour care service in the safe and secure environment of your home.
There are many benefits to live-in care, the cost is comparable to care home costs, staying in your home and community allows you to retain your independence, to continue living life the way you wish. This driven approach provides you with a holistic care service which improves your health, quality of life and happiness.
