Our Supported living services for Kent and Medway is managed by our head office. We aim to have number of accommodation based services as well as community outreach, where we support people in their own homes and to take part in activities out in the community.

We have various accommodation across Medway, Swale and Crayford/Bexley. Individuals are referred to us by Local Authorities and community mental health services . We work in partnership with you and your family to understand your needs and agree the best supported living options for you.

This property provides 24/7 day to day supported living. The accommodation is fully furnished with suitable furniture and equipped for supported living with the following items included for Group Living accommodation, some of these rooms and facilities are communal.
Bedrooms – Bed/Wardrobe, Bedside cabinet, Individual Storage Space.
Kitchen – Fridge/Freezer, Cooking Utensils, Kettle, food storage space, Dining Table and Chairs, Washing machine, Ironing board, Iron.
Lounge – Comfortable Seating (sofa, armchair), Coffee table, Television.
Bathroom – Shower, Toilet, Wash basin. Ensuites.
Environment / Housekeeping – Intrinsic Care will maintain all areas in a clean, hygienic and orderly condition while keeping a pleasant and comfortable ambiance for residents, staff and visitors. Residence’s safety is of utmost concern, the house contain all safety (i.e. Fire/Smoke alarm, Emergency Light, Fire Doors) equipment’s in compliance with the council’s HMO requirement.
Maintenance – Intrinsic Care is responsible for the repair, maintenance and replacement of furniture and equipment where appropriate. Intrinsic Care is principally responsible for the repair and maintenance of the property.
Location – The unit, located at Stevens close, Chatham. The property is sourced in an area that best meets the needs of our service users and with good links to travel, amenities and Education, Training and Employment opportunities.
Tenancy – Each person has an individual tenancy agreement. A package of support is agreed, whilst living in the accommodation.
Acceptance Policy – Intrinsic Care will not discriminate in the admission process due to race, colour, creed, religion, diagnosis, sexual preference, or physical disability. It is our goal to offer placement to support and enhance service user’s needs.
